Getting started

• The first three steps set your usual work hours, your sleep and a few habits. You can see them again from Me.
• Today shows what to do now and what comes next. The rest of the day is underneath.

Reading a schedule from a photo

• The photo is read on your device and never uploaded.
• A straight, close photo in good light reads best. Nothing is added until you press Add, so check the days first.
• Numbers and Latin letters read best. Cyrillic codes can be misread, so look before you add.

Widgets, lock screen and Apple Watch

• Add widgets by hand: hold the home screen, press the plus, find DayFlare.
• While a shift is running it appears on the lock screen with the time left.
• The Watch app takes the day from your iPhone. Open DayFlare on the iPhone once and it appears on the Watch.

Apple Calendar and Google Calendar

• Your own events count as busy time, so the plan does not put sleep or habits over them.
• Turn on Shifts in Apple Calendar (in Me) to keep your shifts and AI work in two calendars of their own. They must live in iCloud to reach your other devices.
• Google Calendar works through Apple Calendar: add your Google account in the Settings app, under Calendar, Accounts.

AI assistants on the Mac

• DayFlare for Mac includes a local tool for Claude and other assistants that speak MCP. Settings shows the exact command to copy.
• The assistant can read your plan and log what you worked on together. Those sessions appear in the AI calendar.

Sleep from Apple Health

• DayFlare only reads sleep and never writes to Health. Sleep counts for the day it ends on.

Premium and purchases

• Purchases are made through the App Store and restored with Restore purchases on the Premium screen.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• DayFlare is a separate app from the older MyLifeFlow, and purchases do not move between them.

Your data

• Everything stays on your devices and, if you turn it on, in your own iCloud. No account, no ads, no tracking. See the Privacy Policy.
• Delete all data in Me removes everything from the device and its iCloud copy. It cannot be undone.
